Your order will normally be dispatched within 7 days maximum. In the unlikely event that your order has not been dispatched within 10 days, we will include a high quality complimentary open edition print.

Returns/Refunds Policy and Guarantee:

-In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, you will receive a full refund (of the final selling price, minus £7(UK) to cover our own postage and packing and insurance costs) if you dispatch the returned goods back to us within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging. You must be able to produce proof of having fulfilled this condition ie: signed receipt of the date you received the package (a photocopy will suffice).

-If an item is considered "proven" to have genuinely been lost in the "post" it can only be replaced if a later number in the edition is still available. Otherwise, we regret, it will be necessary for the client to either choose a different picture or receive a full refund. As these are genuine limited editions - it would damage the reputation of our business and and be unfair on our customer base to operate in any other way

The customer must obtain a certificate of proof of posting returned items back to use, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
